    It sounds like you may have device driver problems, go to the manufacturers website and download the latest driver for you wireless adapter. If this doesn't work then I would take it back to where you bought it as it obviously isn't fit for the purpose and they should exchange it. Cheers Chris

    If it has a removable cmos battery try replacing it as some computer/laptops won't startup if it's dead even though the lights come on. Cheers Chris
