    Clean the cooler,the air vents and maybe re-place the thermal paste and see if it does a difference

    Its laggy because it has a Celeron M or maybe because u didnt install the drivers and try installing the GPU drivers also

    If u have another computer take a usb flash drive use rufus and flash the windows XP installer on it If u dont have another computer borrow a family member's computer or a friend's computer to flash the installer on the usb
