Why do computer speakers such as logitech and creative do not have HDMI support?

Not sure, but I would guess (a) audio via HDMI is not universally available or reliable on older systems, (b) an HDMI cable is significantly more unwieldy/cumbersome than analog or optical audio cables, (c) it may be more expensive to produce hardware to process HDMI audio and include the...

I have a vizio E70-E3 TV without a tuner, and my cable coming into the house is Coaxial. What do I need to make it work?

Best to get exact information on what is required from the facilities (or whatever department) folks at the university. My guess is If they don’t provide him a box, I suspect they are providing basic (analog/Clear QAM) cable and he will need a tuner that can decode basic cable. Something...

I have a vizio E70-E3 TV without a tuner, and my cable coming into the house is Coaxial. What do I need to make it work?

Like you said, you need a tuner. If you have a cable TV provider, the cable box they supply would be your tuner. Coax to cable box, HDMI from cable box to your display.

    Multi-Display/Mixed GPU Acceleration not in

Rumor has it those settings were dropped from nvidia drivers a while back. Don't know if recent drivers added them back in but it is also possible the setting was deprecated and no longer necessary. Are you experiencing an actual problem driving multiple monitors with your GPU?

Surround sound amplifier, does it amp headphones?

If it has a headphone jack (most HT receivers do), no, you don't need anything else.

how can i connect my Sony Bravia LCD Digital TV circa 2010 with my Yamaha NX-GX70 speakers circa 2000?

I don't think you can readily do this. I suspect those speakers are not powered, meaning they require an amplifier, which most TVs don't really have. Also, if you intend to do surround sound (5 speakers), you'll need a decoder. The GX70 is your amplifier, and decoder at the moment.

Help me reduce load on an amplifier?

I'm not sure there is much to be done without: A. Buying an amp with enough power and headroom to handle the situation B. Buying highly efficient speakers, if the ones you have are not C. Preferably, both of the above None of these solutions are particularly cheap. I don't consider myself an...

    Home audio help for elderly.

I haven't tried this myself, but I believe you can get a TOSLINK (optical) splitter. Run one optical to the sound bar, and one to a bluetooth transmitter. Then either get them a pair of bluetooth headphones, or a bluetooth receiver that can drive a pair of headphones. This gives them the option...

Headphones plugged into 'audio out' on TV, sound still plays out of TV speakers?

Whether or not you can do what you intend, and how you go about doing it is entirely dependent on your TV. Check the TV settings menus and look an option to have sound only go to phones jack.

    Astro mixamp with highend headphones

I honestly don't think it will make much difference in terms of sound quality (modern sound card vs. mix amp) aside from possibly a volume difference. But the mix amp gets you virtual "surround" when gaming. Unless I'm missing something, the headphones would only be connected to the "front" (or...

    Astro mixamp with highend headphones

I think the Astro mixamps do surround via the optical output. They don't have multiple analog inputs (Front L/R, Center, Sub, Rear L/R) so you would not be able to route analog sound from a typical sound card through the mix amp, if that's what you mean to do. I have an older Astro unit and...

    Is my pc Vr Ready

Probably fine. Try running the "Steam VR Performance Test' (Steam download) and see what it reports. You don't need VR hardware to run the test.
