To Update you, the issue has been fixed I don't know how, but the line is no longer appearing.

I had installed the updated Graphics driver, which didn't work, also tried de-installing the graphics driver and restarting which didn't have any effect on the issue.

No, my laptop has never been took apart, so I wouldn't think it's what caused the issue.
