extra info - Stereo mix is disabled and "listen to this device" is unchecked even when I turn my pick up sounds on the physical headset control itself to "off" it still picks up the sounds that are not going into my mic

My mic keeps playing not only my own voice but the sounds coming from everything producing sound on my computer, its not an issue that I can hear it its that people I am talking to can hear it on whatever application Im using its been doing this for the past 2 headsets and it started happening...
