    My brand new LG verizon phone will not charge to turn on....what the heck do I do?

    Brand new Smart LG phone.....I have had it for 33 days and it will not charge so there for I can not turn it on???? I refuse to 45 bux to get a new one....any advice for LG Verizon smart phone
