Hi John! Usually the hardware in pcs are rated to last 5-6 years under factory settings, they most likely will last longer if properly cared for. I believe the same goes for gaming laptops.

I am servicing a malfunctioning projector for a friend. Everything about the projector seems fine however once the power button is pressed the projector boots to a white screen with gray stripes. If anyone has knowledge on this subject, I would greatly appreciate the help. :)
