external keyboard works fine, just seems to be the laptop keyboard

A couple of the function keys work (f1, f2, f4 and f8), numpad partially works (can scroll back and forth in text and up/down pages) but the numbers wont work, neither will some other keys (no right side windows key exists). Keyboard Test: View: https://i.imgur.com/3enRwcY.png Attempted...
