    "Call ended" message aborts my phone calls before they ring through.

    I am unable to make phone calls from my Samsung mobile (android version 2.3.6). I can get texts through and can receive phone calls but for the past several days I am unable to make calls. When I dial the message "call ended" comes up and the call is aborted. Can anyone advise me?
