I fixed and was able to find an older version to download and install, yeah when playing flash games you lag really bad with some games with pepper flash and when you disable it and use regular adobe flash i get no lag.

PCIBUSDRIVER You was 100% correct i updated my chipset drivers and the issue went away. Sorry i jumped the gun by selected someone else with the best answer.

I cannot find chip set drivers in the download section of the site. and yes there is a <mod edit> load of them that say Standard PCI

I kinda figured that, like i was thinking the video drivers where starting up and just switching over. it runs absolulty great with no issues other than at that screen
