Yeah, I may have to change my answer, as I didn't realize how big the difference between the two GPUs was. Will this be used on the road, or will it be plugged into the wall most of the time? Do you see yourself gaming on it at all?

The Toshiba is using a quad-core i7 with a 35W TDP, The Dell's chip is a dual-core chip that's limited to 15W. The Toshiba will be faster, but the Dell's batteries will probably last a bit longer. If you're buying laptops with discrete graphics, you probably don't care about battery as much...
