I've had Netflix for over a year now. In the beginning, I only needed to stream to 1 device. When I wanted to stream to two devices, it didn't work. Only one device could stream at a time. Customer support told me that, in order to stream to 2 devices, I had to upgrade to the 2 DVDs a month...
