I asked a company for some information by using its own email portal (as opposed to it having an @customerservice.com etc). Are these communications likely to be retained anywhere or only by the company please?

Thanks Phillip, unable to copy/save Vimeo clips on this occasion, at least I know now however. will await reply to ripping/burning DVDs

(1) I'd like to backup some DVDs and have used Wonderfox to rip them as MP4s to my PC but am unable to get Wonderfox to recognise them to burn to blank disc. Can you help please? (2) I've been sent some sports training video clips via email (hyperlinks to Vimeo video clips) - how do I copy...
