I don't know why, but invoking "share" in the contacts options set up 'mail to' that worked. Exporting the vcf file to storage and then invoking email did NOT work. So, problem solved. Somewhere on my internal storage that file is hiding.

Got a new Android phone and want to transfer contact data to it from old Android phone. Exported the .vcf file. When I tried to email this file from the old phone to the new phone it said there were "no items". Can you help me find this file? Old phone is a Moto6 with an added storage card.
