    also, make sure the dropdown bar under the shutdown menu is set to shut down, not hibernate or sleep.

    try to turn your computer off then on? If that doesn't work, try removing the battery too. Then, try double-pressing the fn key. Then contact customer support.

    Two AV programs running at once will attack each other like two bears. Also, there is the possibility that Kapersky itself has been infected or that a rootkit is hiding the program from the tasklist...

    It looks like your computer is connecting to the router, but not to the internet. The pages that appear to load are most likely still in the browser's cache. The easiest fix is to right click the internet icon in the windows bar and select "diagnose and repair"

There was an i processor recall back in january... Users of your exact same model are suffering failures on...

    the GOTY for fallout 3 is like $20 bucks on steam, one of the best games I ever got. (that was during the epic yearly christmas sale where all the best games are like 70% off, now it's $30)

    Well, my laptop had 4 year old crusty stuff wedged in there (I think it actually started raising the temps), so really, any paste woulda done it, I just prefer MX-4. Everyone has a preference.
