Its not a battery problem, we had it checked on where we had bought it and they simply just update the bios, thats what they said. I also thought its a battery problem, thank you Philip Corcoran sir.

Whenever i plug the charger, the battery icon says it is "plugged in, charging.", but the battery percentage stays as it is. For example, i plugged in at 12% it stays 12% all the time, even when i leave it and come back after eating, its still 12%. We just bought the laptop last March 2014...
