    hummm I dont think you need the speaker channel hooked on the sub. that would be to pair off the speakers from the sub itself.... what are the 2 ports on the sub ? should only need one... I have a feeling the 2 out on the amp used to be combined into ONE input to the sub. so left right rca...

    the input from pc goes to left and right audio input's I suppose you could set the audio out on pc and hook in to the sub input but i dont think it will work. the amp should take a left and right audio sorce and mix it to 5.1 with sub center and all the jazz.

    run the pc to the amp use a rca split headphone to left right hook to left right in on that nice looking amp >> run speakers and sub off the amp.... if needed strip the rca head off and hook the wire for the speaker into it...

    You need something to amp that sound Most subs run the speakers as the lone out port is not powered. Basically You got speakers grate they do not need an amp per say but the sub dose. Ether get a 3.1 set up from the shop, or run the signal to a amplifier/processer
