    HP Laptop shut it down now when I turn it on the lights blink including caps lock and screen stays black what do i do?

    I'm having a similar problem with my 8 months old hp envy x360 screen is black, fan is on, caps lock blinks three slow blinks then 5 quick blinks. Even when I close it the fan stays on. HELP!!!
