Can't load YouTube videos on one computer
this worked for me: ■ Turn on hotspot from a device which the site can load from. ■ Connect the problematic computer to the hotspot. ■ Load youtube on the computer. ■ Now connect the computer back to the usual wifi. Try surfing the opened youtube.- cheeminjun
