How can I get my usb tvtuner to recognize channel 3. Comcast scrabbles the channels and we have to use a little black box and their remote to change the channels. As long as our TV's are tuned to channel 3, all works fine... BUT, I am trying to use a usb tv tuner and it picks up the scrabbled...
