best value is generally any 15.6" model laptop as you can get a HUGE amount in specifications for a low price point, though portability isn't the best. I've purchased 2 of the Lenovo budget line PCs and both people who are using them give it thumbs up for build quality and usability.

Hulu put commercials back in on TV content to maintain $8/mo service. movies and the kids area are totally commercial free. That being said, there's enough content that i like and want on Hulu that I'd be willing to pay $12 or even $15/mo if they would just make the commercials go the hell away...
