Check your playback devices. Down where the little speaker icon is in the bottom right of the computer screen right click click playback devices then right click your tv in the menu that pops up and set as default. Make sure your plugged into the TV when you do this.

Its not a virus its an extension in chrome thats why it came back after formatting the computer when you sign into chrome it automatically re-installs extensions check them and remove any unwanted ones

At that price point you will not be running Photoshop very well. The recommended for CS6 is 8 gigs of ram with a core 2 or AMD Athlon. The price point at which you are at will yield an Intel atom at best which is not enough. Other than that definitely don't get the stream 7 its gonna struggle...

Not sure what your price point is but this should do very nicely MSI GS Series GS70 Stealth Pro-097. Both of the ones you picked will do fine to. My only caution is that when doing any kind of rendering with a laptop if its going to take a few hours make sure it is on a nice cooling pad...

As long as the hard drive is a 2.5 inch hard drive it will work fine

If it wont even start now your better off to just replace the drive

Check the graphics card driver in device manager as for the ram I wouldn't worry as long as it lets you use the full 8 gigs you should be fine.
