hi Billie Bee I have exactly the same problem and have wasted hours trying to get Norton to even acknowledge the issue. I cannot disable Norton myself as Norton 360 kind of takes over the rights to the Firewall settings. I would appreciate if you can advise if the suggestion from noise worked...
