It sounds like the keyboard on it is broken possibly. You could plug another keyboard into the laptop and check and see if the problem still persists, that will narrow the problem down at least. If your laptop's keyboard is defective you'll probably have to call up the manufacturer and get it fixed.

You're looking at your processor in devices...not your graphics card. And for the processor that's what it's suppose to say, I just looked at it on the computer I'm on now and it said the same thing. And as for performance there really isn't much you can do. That laptop isn't meant for gaming...
