Around this time last year, I purchased a laptop from Best Buy. Straight out of the box it was SUPER slow. I've tried everything i could to fix it. Reinstall Windows, basic factory resets, malware and bloat ware removals, etc. I dont know what else to do. Startup is slow, shut down is slow...
