    Change Bios/UEFI to boot from USB

    Upgraded ASUS T100TA to Windows 10. Now get blue screen on boot "Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" The boot configuration Data file is missing File:\BCD Error code 0xc0000034 I've created a boot USB but can't change the Bios/UEFI to boot from USB.
