    I had already tried those options and it never goes to the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.

    Dell Inspiron 11 Series 3000 -will not boot up. It goes to the Dell logo, sits there for about 20 seconds, shuts down, and restarts repeatedly. It is Windows 10. I did a full diagnostic but found no problem.
