    safe mode help

    I don't have a mini, so maybe this won't help. But when I turn on my "regular" S4, phone I can swipe down to see my Notifications. The Safe Mode pops up with an option to turn it off.

    thanks Webworkings. Looks like that does stop the Sim card problem, but I don't have access to most of my apps. It's a toss up which one drives me crazy more!
