I could never get the wireless to work on my Smart TV. Service technician came out and just wasted my money, eventually said they couldn't fix it. Then I ordered a wi-fi bridge - it picks up the wi-fi signal and then sends a direct connection to the TV with an ethernet cable. It's working...
