Never mind! This is working for me now. Hit the menu button on your smartTV remote>click smart hub>Scroll over and down to terms & policy>scroll down to "SyncPlus and Marketing">check the disable box>unplug your tv for 30 seconds and then plug it back in! This worked for me I hope it helps...
