The second laptop you listed has slower a RAM speed. 2133mhz vs 2400mhz, and a slightly smaller battery. 38Whr vs 42Whr. The second one is also thinner and has smaller bezels.

Go with the HP. It has a 7th gen i3 and up to 11 hours although I highly doubt you’ll get 11 hours it’s still the better buy. There’s no way you could play h1z1 or pubg though.
