    my phone wont let me sign into wifi due to an unauthorized factory reset

    I had the same problem on my metro pcs J3 after soooooo much time trying to figure it out and even getting another phone , I went to a metro pcs/TMobile store and ALL IT TOOK WAS LOGGING IN TO THE WIFI THERE AND JUST LIKE THAT I COULD SET MY PHONE UP just try it you'll see
