    Thanks but we have just managed to restore (or whatever the term is, lol!) the BIOS etc & it now seems to be fine. Not sure what the problem was but it's ok now. Thanks for the response.

    He is temporarily using a USB keyboard while we work out the problem.

    Keyboard total failure

    My husbands Samsung laptop keyboard has stopped working completely. The USB mouse works, but the keys do nothing & neither does the trackpad. He has switched it off/on & completely restarted it, still nothing. Any suggestions please? Just to add, it is a Samsung NP350V
