As i said before i tried all that, i changed the power settings to do nothing on everything when the laptop is plugged in. But when i close the lid it still goes to sleep. Is there another setting somewhere i am missing?

I have been trying everything to find a way to close my lid and allow my laptop to stay on. I have it connected to a monitor. I change the power settings to do nothing when the lid is closed when plugged in. I also set the brightness as low as possible, none of it worked, please help.
