    Ignore PC world and don't buy the 32Gb memory stick, I don't even know why you would need that probably for a backup. Anyway, configuring Windows is easy you can do it yourself in minutes.

    Before I got into more higher end gaming I used to have an AMD A6 and it ran Minecraft on 60+ FPS max settings so in answer to your question, yes it will be able to run Minecraft. Just keep in mind that it only has a 14" display and most laptops have 15.6" displays but obviously that won't...

    A max. budget of $1200 is not needed to run Minecraft. Just look for something cheap with an AMD A6 or A8. These processors will easily run minecraft on 60+ FPS maxed out.
