    Sir, is there any other way? The CMOS battery of my laptop is protected (it have its own case) I am trying to remove the CMOS battery but it's impossible.

    Thank you for helping sir, my laptop model is Acer Aspire E 15 E5-574-58GZ and what are the signs for a failed motherboard? I haven't contact Acer support yet as my laptop is just given to me by my relatives living overseas.
