    For PC I'd choose Razer kraken. Turtle beach makes some great headsets, but choose one that you like, and what fits your needs. But, don't get one with a 2 star rating.

    Oh, that sucks! I know how it feels mate. Do not use both at a time (if possible) stick to the dedicated graphics. Turn off intel graphics so you are using your nvidia and shut down completely. Then reboot and see if using only the dedicated helps!
