The noise is of course when the charger is plugged in. 2 pin and the old one 3 pin but the 3 pin is the the mic right?

So i just got a new headset which buzzes.. and i know its a grounding issue.. but the frustrating part is i can't for the life of me find out why my old headset did not have this issue how could it remove that noise?
