Many see the PC as successfully eliminating used games...but the important fact is that this is offset with a lower average retail price per game. I can't sell used Steam games...but if I wait three I will get games on Steam for the same price or lower than an equivalent used console game...

The business is within its rights to ban anything, really. Even a commercial business is still private property. However the reasoning is flawed because anyone with a smartphone can already record fairly inconspicuously. If businesses were so concerned about privacy, they wouldnt have cameras...

I guess the PS4 has a seperate PhysX chip? Somehow I doubt nVidia would get it working on an AMD based APU.

There are so many image hosts out there, I never understood the uproar over Instagram's TOS. So many options available that it should be easy to switch if a TOS isn't agreeable.
