    Laptop Has Stopped Charging Altogether.

    Hi, could it be a worn out battery? Try taking the battery out and reseating it into the laptop. On the Power Supply to charge the laptop does it have an LEDs LIT to indicate its working?

    Hi, You could try booting into safe mode and un-installing the app etc.

    Maybe you can look in your BIOS and set a lower / upper limits.
