    new computer in loop after win 10 load

    A new Lenovo t450 turns on after loading windows 10 but keeps relooping 'thinkpad- to interrupt normal startup press enter' --- and then blank screen , then the message again???????? Is there a way to at least get a normal screen , or somehow stop the loop???
