Still happening... Fix the Skype issue ( totally different issue lol ) also no malware or virus.... anyone have any idea why I'm having this Issue?? why the sudden change in performance?

Hello Fellow Citizens of Earth, So let me explain the issue: Lately I have noticed that for some reason my Physical RAM ( or virtual keep forgetting that concept ) keeps not wanting to Flush the "USED" RAM like it did before, now at 1st i thought " maybe its just being silly" but after...
