Sorry, should have posted: I got this netbook last October, and successfully upgraded it from 512MB to 1.5GB. Runs smooth as silk with Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.04 now :)

So apparently the Linux flavoured Acer Aspire came out on the 2nd July, but I haven't seen many reviews around concerning its innards. I'm interested, but only if I can upgrade the RAM. Some places are saying that the RAM is soldered to the board, but apparently some official specs from Acer...
