Have you check your touchpad settings and anything related to it? Do uninstall and reinstall. If still not working, you can do system restore to the earlier date you since you fixed it before.
Try to flush DNS
Go to Command Prompt, press Win + R and type cmd .
Type ipconfig /flushdns . Wait for the command to process and then restart your computer.
Test the connection.
Try these in your 64bit Chrome.
Find your Google Chrome shortcut on the desktop
Right click and open Properties
Finally, find the Target input box and add “–no-sandbox” at the end and click on OK.
Check Chrome.
Do a hard reset, unplug AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds then try booting the laptop. Once booted to main screen, try to disable startup programs and do a restart.
