You cannot for many reasons including incompatible BIOS, Motherboard, chipset, and socket(though could get mobile core 2 that may or may not be compatible)

tf2 should be fine at mid settings, and the older hitman games should be runable as well. gta4 is known to be a not so great port, and will most likely not be playable if it runs. as for fear 2 it looks as if you meet all the min reqs. all valve games should be fine with the exception of cs:go...

In the c drive there may be some folder remaining under Program files, and Program files x86, as well as a disk cleanup to remove temp files. from my knowlege, it stores/steals some settings from within IE settings as well

you could try right clicking on the wifi symbol, going into "open network and sharing center", "change adapter settings" and then disabling and re-enabling the wireless card. I have had a similar issue and that normally fixes my issue
