Thanks LGVoor26. I found your solution worked. Make sure there is a good connection to the wireless gateway/modem first. I had to do your procedure twice. 1st time TV power went off. 2nd time a window popped up showing download progress. Stand by. It only takes a minute. I reconnected to...
