    Without knowing the cause of the problem, I could only suggest install a anti-sleeping program called caffeine and see if it will help.

    Thanks Harmster! I have a N53JQ, so I can only give it max of 16GB total and it does not take RAM module larger than 4GB.

    Hello, I have 6 GB total RAM currently (3x 2GB modules), and one spare slot (out of 4 total). If I put in a 8GB module into the last spare slot would that work and get me 14GB? Or I would have to remove the the 2GB module in the "matching" slot and end up with only 12GB total? Thanks for...
