    Gaming would be much better on the first with with the stronger video card and lesser screen. If this is not for gaming, there would be no noticeable performance difference between the two and I would get the cheaper one.

    Considering the i5 model comes with a ssd and the i7 doesn't, I would be tempted to get the i5 version even if they were the same price.

    None of them are great but the walmart HP is probably the best of the 3 links. The Acer with an i7 but no link is by far the fastest at everything but gaming.
