My old Toshiba laptop is not starting up. When I turn it on, it shows me a blank screen. However the mouse pops up, and I can move it, so it's not a hardware problem. The screen stays blank forever. Once, it has gone into startup repair, and returned no errors. I tried clicking advanced options...
