    Solved! cant get Samsung tv to work on pioneer surround sound

    Can you provide more information on what is taking place? Have you tried the signal select button on the receiver. It should change to digital for use on the optical in. I am having a similar issue on my unit. Trying to use optical cable from tv to pioneer receiver.
